A sneak peek at what we
are baking this year...
All of our cookies & confections are a celebration of real ingredients with classic charm and simple good taste. Chunks of rich chocolate, toasted nuts & other natural, fresh ingredients will take you back to your childhood Christmas memories. We have also added some contemporary cookies with surprising twists that may start a new holiday cookie tradition.

A Sampling of our 2018 Cookies

FAVORITES: We start the Cookie Walk with cookies that many of us had as children - spritz, chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, ginger molasses, snickerdoodles, russian tea cookies, macaroons. magic bars and favorite flavors like cinnamon, red velvet and nutella.

NUTS: We love nuts and it shows in the section. We have cookies with names like Almond Joy to the World, Macadamia Dreams, Turtle  Dove, Nutcracker Sweets and Butter Pecan cookies. We do not cut corners here - these cookies are filled with nuts - macadamia, cashew, pecan, walnut, hazelnuts and deliciousness.

FRUIT: The fruits of Christmas make incredible cookies. Apricot, cranberry, orange, lemon, cherries are often combined with raisins, dates, figs and incredible spices. The Lemon Ricotta cookie is easily one of the CW favorites although t the cranberry orange pistachio rounds may be best of all. We'll let you decide.

EUROPEAN DELIGHTS: St. Nicholas Church was founded by immigrants from three small farming villages in the Carpathian Mountains of Slovakia. As such, we are known for our Slavic traditional desserts such as rugelach and koláče. As a whole, the cookies are not overly sweet & are perfect bites with a cup of tea.

CHOCOLATE: Yum. While we have many chocolate cookies, in this section, chocolate takes center  stage. There are cookies called Hunka Hunka Chocolate and Triple Chocolate Merlot - with deep rich flavors of cocoa. S'mores S'merrier is a cookie version of the campfire smores. We also have three kinds of chocolate candy confections.

DRINK-INSPIRED: Creativity abounds in this area of the Cookie Walk. We have cookies inspired by hot chocolate, earl grey tea, espresso, cappuccino, and other "normal" drinks. We also have a Mojito cookie, White Russian, Peppermint Schnapps and Capt Morgan Nutcello cookies.

CANDYLAND: Candy and Cookies - a perfect sweet pairing, especially in this section. Kit Kat and Kaboodle Kookies, Christmassy Crunchety cookies, YORKshire MInt and St. Nickers (snickers) Bites are just a few of the candy-inspired cookies. Kids love this section and we do too!
